BW Easy Returns

  • Check Returns Eligibility criterial below. You must be eligible to be able to submit a return.

  • If you are eligible for return, click here to access our Redo Returns portal. 

  • Login to the portal using the order number and zip-code, email or tracking number.

  • Follow the steps in the portal and submit your return request. You will be asked to submit pictures of the items you intend to return. If you have purchased returns protection through Redo, you will receive a pre-paid label. However, if you have not purchased returns protection through Redo, you will be asked to make payment for the return label.

  • Ship the return item(s) back in the original shipping box

  • Once the return has been received, your account will be credited for the cost of the item.

    RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

    Badminton Racquet/Pickleball Paddle Returns

    1. Badminton Rackets can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused and the original plastic from the handle is intact. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

    2. Pickleball Paddles can only be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Plastic wrap on the handle (if one was applied) has to intact

    3. Please do not remove the plastic film wrapped around the grip if you intend to return the racket.

    4. Once the plastic grip is removed the badminton racket is considered used and hence cannot be returned.

    Shuttlecock Returns

    1. Shuttlecocks are ineligible for returns. Return requests for shuttlecocks will be rejected.

    Shoe Returns

    1. Shoes can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused and in the original condition that it was received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. No exceptions.

    2. Tags have to be intact. Once the tag is removed the shoes will be considered used and hence cannot be returned.

    3. There cannot be any noticeable wear and tear or signs of use on the shoes.

    4. Please make sure shoes do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances before returning them.

    Apparel Returns

    1. All apparel can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date as long as they are unused. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    2. You can try on shirt, skort or short for fit and sizing in an indoor environment. Once worn outside, apparel is ineligible for returns.

    3. Tags have to be intact. Once the tag is removed the apparel will be considered used and hence cannot be returned.

    Bags, Nets, Accessories (Grips, Strings, Towels, Stencil, Pickleball balls,  Returns)

    1. All Accessories including nets, strings, stencil, towels, grips. pickleball balls are ineligible for returns. Return requests for these items will be rejected.

    2. Bags can returned as long as they are in the original condition they were received. Tags must be intact.
